	The South Florida Water Management District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, April 3, 2006, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	SFWMD Headquarters, B-1 Building, 3301 Gun Club Road, West Palm Beach, Florida 33406.

Subject:	Regular Governing Board Audit Committee to discuss and consider District business. All or part of this meeting may be conducted as a video conference or a teleconference in order to permit maximum participation of Governing Board members.
