	The Office of Energy announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, May 16, 2019, 9 am until 11 am

PLACE:	UF/IFAS Extension Seminole County Auditorium 250 W. County Home Road Sanford, FL 32773

Subject:	The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services Office of Energy is beginning work on an Electric Vehicle (EV) Roadmap for the state of Florida. The goals of this roadmap are to identify EV charging infrastructure impacts on the electric grid; identify solutions for any negative impacts; locate areas that lack EV charging infrastructure; identify best practices for siting EV charging stations; and identify technical or regulatory barriers to expansion of EV charging infrastructure.
