64B15-6.0037

Requirements and Limitations of Prescribing Privileges (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule repeal is intended to delete the limitations regarding prescribing for physician assistants since the updated language is currently contained in Rule 64B15-6.0038.

SUMMARY:

The proposed repeal deletes outdated language regarding physician assistant prescribing.
