Overview

RULE:

6A-25.008	Authorization for Services
6A-25.014	Vocational and Other Training Services
6A-25.019	Forms and Documents

PURPOSE:

To implement changes to Division policy and procedure in the relevant Division rules and ensure that the current Division forms are incorporated into the rules.

SUMMARY:

The financial participation procedures are being updated in Rule 6A-25.008, F.A.C. and new financial participation forms, referral forms and subrogation form are incorporated in Rule 6A-25.019, F.A.C. The new procedure for coordinating the provision of training services to residents of other states with the home-state vocational rehabilitation program is set forth in rule 6A-25.014, F.A.C.
