Prelicensure Education Requirements

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment reduces the prelicensure education burden on persons seeking licensure as a Community Association Manager.

SUMMARY:

The Board proposes that this rule amendment pertains to the required number of prelicensure education hours from 18 to 16.
