	The Florida Medical Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association announces the Annual Meeting of its membership announces a Annual Meeting of its membership to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Friday, February 3, 2006, immediately following the Board of Governors meeting, which begins at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Hilton Hotel, Key West, FL

Subject:	The Board will receive and consider yearly reports from the Association’s Chairman, Servicing Carrier, General Manager, and such other business properly brought before the Board.
