	The Jacksonville Transportation Authority announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 16, 2019; 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Lakeshore United Methodist Church, 2246 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Subject:	The Jacksonville Transportation Authority invites you to a public hearing for driveway modifications at 3603 Blanding Boulevard, Duval County, Florida. The proposed access management change consists of installing sidewalks, curbs and gutters that would reshape the driveway access at 3603 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, Florida 32210 (Cedar Hills Animal Hospital). Drop by between 5:30 and 6:30 to view displays and discuss the project with JTA and project staff. A presentation and public comment period will begin at 6 p.m. All interested persons or groups are encouraged to attend and participate. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability or familial status. This meeting is ADA and transit accessible.
