	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Five announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, July 17th from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Brevard County Viera Government Center, Building C, Florida Room, 3rd Floor, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Melbourne, FL 32940

Subject:	Financial Management No. 433604-1 Project Description: US 1 Corridor Planning Study from Pineda Causeway (SR 404) to Park Avenue in the City of Rockledge/Brevard County, Florida. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites all persons to a Project Visioning Team (PVT) meeting for the US 1 Corridor Planning Study. The PVT is an advisory group (not an independent decision-making board) assisting the FDOT and the consultant team by providing jurisdictional, policy, technical, and administrative guidance throughout the project. The limits of the study are from Pineda Causeway (SR 404) to Park Avenue in the City of Rockledge in Brevard County, Florida, a distance of approximately 9 miles. This study is evaluating the existing and future transportation needs of the corridor and developing a range of multi-modal solutions, known as alternatives, to address these needs. This meeting is being held to review the initial efforts of the study including traffic forecasting, existing conditions data collection and other elements. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
