Substance Use and Abuse Health Education (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To establish procedures for school districts to plan and document delivery of required instruction related to Substance Use and Abuse Health Education for grades K-12 students.

SUMMARY:

To reinforce the current substance use and abuse health education requirement, school districts must annually submit an implementation plan and annual report documenting instruction for students in grades K-12 related to substance use and abuse prevention.
