Overview



	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, August 6, 2019, Beginning at 5 p.m., Formal Presentation begins at 6 p.m.

PLACE:	Risen Savior Lutheran Church – 14605 59th Avenue East, Bradenton, FL 34211

Subject:	FDOT will hold a public hearing to provide information about the proposed improvements to SR 70. The hearing will begin with an open house at 5 p.m. and follow with a formal presentation and public comment period at 6 p.m. People attending the hearing may review project displays and aerial photographs, and speak one-on-one with project team members. The Department sent notices about the hearing to all property owners located within 300 feet of the project limits, as well as to other interested persons. The hearing is developed in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes. For more information about the project, please contact FDOT Project Manager David C.
