RULE:

61C-4.010

Sanitation and Safety Requirements

PURPOSE:

To conform the division’s bare hand food contact policy to the more stringent FDA 2017 Food Code requirements.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule will amend the division’s bare hand food contact policy to conform to the more stringent requirements of the 2017 FDA Food Code which is currently in the division’s adoption process.
