	The Child Abuse Death Review Circuit 12B Committee(Sarasota/DeSoto) REVISED announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	The meeting published in Vol. 45/157(Meeting date of October 11, 2019) has been rescheduled to October 4, 2019 1:00-3:00

PLACE:	Department of Health 2200 Ringling Blvd Room 226 Sarasota, FL 34237

Subject:	The Committee will address administrative issues, review cases, and discuss the CADR Action Plan. A portion of the meeting is required by Section 383.412(3) (a), F.S. to be closed to the public to allow the Committee to discuss information that is confidential and exempt from public meetings and public records. This portion of the meeting will be announced at the meeting.
