Licensure Requirements for Applicants from Non-Accredited Schools or Colleges

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment for a comprehensive review of the rule to determine the need for updates and to update the incorporated form and related health history questions within the form.

The incorporated form will be updated and the health history questions within the form.
