59A-12.012

Internal Risk Management Program

PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-12.012, F.A.C., outlines the requirements for Health Maintenance Organizations internal risk management programs.

SUMMARY:

The Agency is proposing to amend Rule 59A-12.012, F.A.C., to amend an online annual incident reporting form removing the required license number of risk managers for health maintenance organizations due to the deregulation of this profession.
