Statewide Provider Contract for the School Readiness Program

PURPOSE:

The proposed revisions to the rule and the contract update and clarify existing requirements.

SUMMARY:

The rule and incorporated forms outline school readiness provider eligibility requirements to deliver the school readiness program.
