Overview



	The Public Service Commission announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, October 8, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, October 17, 2019 following Internal Affairs.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	The purpose of this hearing shall be to receive testimony and exhibits and to take final action relative to the Commission’s evaluation of Tampa Electric Company's 2017 Amended and Restated Stipulation and Settlement Agreement that included a Solar Base Rate Adjustment mechanism which provides for the recovery of costs associated with solar projects that meet the criteria laid out in that 2017 Settlement Agreement.
