	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 15, 2019 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Parkview Baptist Church, 268 NW Lake Jeffery Road, Lake City, FL 32055

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to a public hearing to discuss proposed changes to the roadway, striping and medians on U.S. 90 at Baya Drive in Lake City. The hearing will begin with an open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by a public comment period at 6:30 p.m. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
