	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 23, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

PLACE:	Southeast Regional Library, 10599 Deerwood Park Blvd., Jacksonville, FL 32256

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a public hearing to discuss proposed changes to the roadway, striping and medians at the intersection of Southside Boulevard (S.R. 115) at Deerwood Park Boulevard/A.C. Skinner Parkway, Financial Project Number 439468-1. The hearing will begin with an open house from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by a public comment period at 6 p.m. Public participation is sought without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or family status.
