	The Child Abuse Death Review Circuit 15 Committee announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 24, 2019 November 21, 2019 December 19,2019 Time: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

PLACE:	Department of Health 800 Clematis Street 2nd Floor Room # 2200 West Palm Beach, FL 33401

Subject:	The Committee will address administrative issues, review cases, and discuss the CADR Action Plan. A portion of the meeting is required by Section 383.412(3) (a), F.S. to be closed to the public to allow the Committee to discuss information that is confidential and exempt from public meetings and public records. This portion of the meeting will be announced at the meeting.
