PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Chapter 35, F.A.C., to permit psychiatric nurses to perform certain functions in the treatment of children in custody.

SUMMARY:

The term “physician’s designee” will be changed throughout the rules to “psychiatric nurse.”
