	The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	october 29, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Miami Beach Police Headquarters, 1100 Washington Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida - 1st Floor “Major James Smith Community Room”

Subject:	The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's preliminary determination that the City of Miami Beach has provided substantial competent evidence that a slow speed minimum wake boating restricted area in Biscayne Bay surrounding Flagler Monument Island (but excluding Meloy Channel) is necessary to protect public safety.
