	The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 3:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Panama City Hall, 501 Harrison Ave., Panama City, Fla.

Subject:	Bay County Transportation Planning Organization to Meet Wednesday, October 23, in Panama City The Bay County Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) will hold a public meeting at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2019, in the Panama City Hall, 501 Harrison Ave., Panama City, Fla. The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) will meet at 11 a.m. and Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet at 1:30 p.m. in the same location. The TPO will consider: approving three Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendments FTA Planning Grant Public Transportation Project construction Phase for SR 30 (US 98) from College entrance/Exit to Ivy Road Lighting Project construction Phase for SR77 (MLK BLVD) from SR30 (US98 B) 6th Street to 9th Street Lighting Project accepting the FDOT Fiscal Years 2021-2025 Tentative Work Program authorizing TPO Chairperson to sign the Mobility Week Proclamation approving contract between Bay TPO and Russell Construction of Alabama to serve as the contractor for the reconstruction of the Bay County Transit System Operations and Maintenance facility and reconstruction of Bay County Transit System Admin facility approving a modification to Route 7 authorizing the Comprehensive Operations Analysis and Ten-Year Transit Development Plan Major Update For more information, contact staff at 850-332-7976.
