Application for Permit (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule repeal due to repetitive or unnecessary language. Language is being moved to Rule 64B5-14.0025, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The rule will be repealed due to moving language to another rule and also due to repetitive or unnecessary language.
