Electrical Contractors' Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The Department will amend Rule 61-35.012, F.A.C., to adopt DBPR ECLB13 relating to application for Certification of Registered Electrical, Alarm or Specialty Contractor through Grandfathering pursuant to s.489.514 (3), F.S.

SUMMARY:

Within the provided paragraph the Department proposes to amend Rule 61-35.012 to add rule language that provides information on certifying a registered electrical, alarm or specialty contractor to a certified contractor through grandfathering.
