	The Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board (DUR) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, 1:30 - 4:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Dept. of Revenue, Capital Circle Office Center 2450 Shumard Oak Blvd. Tallahassee, FL 32311

Subject:	This meeting involves review and approval of drug use criteria and standards for both prospective and retrospective drug use reviews; application of criteria and standards in the DUR activities; review and reporting of results of drug use reviews; and recommendation and evaluation of educational intervention programs.
