Continuing Education Program Approval

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that updates the rule to be consistent with the language of the laws implemented and designates additional continuing education options for providers and licenses.

SUBJECT:

The proposed rule amendment addresses the minimum time block for continuing education course or program.
