RULE:

69A-64.005

Adjustments to Reflect Consumer Price Index (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Statutory revisions to section 112.191, F.S., that occurred during the 2019 legislative session eliminated the Department’s rulemaking authority for Rule 69A-64.005, F.A.C.; therefore, the rule is repealed.

SUMMARY:

The rule is repealed to conform to statutory changes made pursuant to passage of CS/SB 7098, as implemented by Chapter 2019-24, Laws of Florida.
