Overview



	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, December 11, 2019, 5:30 p.m.

PLACE:	Siesta Key Chapel, 4615 Gleason Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34242

Subject:	The public hearing is being offered in accordance with Section 335.02 and 335.0415, Florida Statutes, to obtain public input concerning the proposed roadway jurisdictional transfer of existing SR 758 (Midnight Pass Road/Rigel A venue/Siesta Drive) to the Sarasota County Road System, from US 41 to SR 72 (Stickney Point Road), and proposed jurisdictional transfer of existing SR 72 (Stickney Point Road) to the Sarasota County Roadway System from SR 758 (Midnight Pass Road) to US 41. The following intercoastal bridges are excluded from the transfer: 170061 and 170052/170065.
