68A-17.005

Specific Regulations for Wildlife and Environmental Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development effort is to establish or modify specific area regulations for Wildlife and Environmental Areas (WEAs), and adjust hunting season dates on WEAs to conform with proposed 2020-2021 hunting season dates for the appropriate management zone.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas covered in the proposed rules include hunting season dates and specific area regulations pertaining to WEAs.

Art. IV, Sec. 9, Florida Constitution.
