61-35.020

Community Association Management Departmental Forms

PURPOSE:

The Department will amend Rule 61-35.020, F.A.C., to revise existing incorporated Forms CAM 1, CAM 3, CAM 4, CAM 5, CAM 6, CAM 7, CAM 9, and CAM 10 related Community Associations Management licensure.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends Rule 61-35.020, F.A.C., to revise the existing incorporated forms mentioned-above to adress Community Associations Management licensure requirement reductions regarding re-examination, continuing education and pre-licensure education, and to remove duplicative language within the form’s text.
