Reinstatement of Null and Void Certification or Registration.

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the promulgation of the rule to comply with legislative changes to Sec. 455.271, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The new rule complies with the new statutory requirements for reinstatement of null and void certification or registration.
