Notice of Noncompliance

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that permits the Department to issue a notice of noncompliance when a licensee has not timely completed the required human trafficking education course.

SUBJECT:

The rule amendment addresses failure to timely complete the human trafficking education course is designated a minor violation.
