Overview



	The City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 6, 2020, 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	City Council Chambers, City Hall 11 North Third Street \| Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250

Subject:	In accordance with Section 337.401(3)(d), FS, notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, will hold a public hearing for the first reading on Monday, April 6, 2020, at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, in said City, for the purpose of adopting a proposed ordinance (Ordinance No. 2020-8136) governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining telecommunications facilities in its roads or rights-of-way. The proposed ordinance amends certain provisions in Chapter 28, City Code, related to wireless facilities in public rights-of-way.
