	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Five announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

PLACE:	City of Rockledge Council Chambers, 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, FL 32955

Subject:	Financial Project ID No.: 433604-1 Project Description: U.S. 1 Corridor Planning Study of the area from Pineda Causeway (State Road (S.R.) 404) to Park Avenue in Brevard County, Florida. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites all persons to the second open house for the U.S. 1 Corridor Planning Study. The project limits are from Pineda Causeway (State Road (S.R.) 404) to Park Avenue, a distance of about 9 miles. The Corridor Planning Study is evaluating both the short- and long-term transportation needs of U.S. 1, including intersection improvements, roadway widening, safety, and the addition of bicyclist and pedestrian features. The open house will be from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at the City of Rockledge Council Chambers located at 1600 Huntington Lane, Rockledge, FL 32955. It is being held to present the results of the study. Attendees can attend the meeting anytime between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. There will be no formal presentation; however, members of the project team will be available to discuss the project and answer questions. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status. Persons wishing to express their concerns relative to FDOT compliance with Title VI may do so by contacting FDOT District Five Title VI Coordinator Jennifer Smith at jennifer.smith2@dot.state.fl.us.
