64B17-7.005

Notice of Noncompliance

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment that permits the Department to issue a notice of noncompliance when a licensee has not timely completed the required human trafficking education course.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adds failure to timely complete the human trafficking education course to the minor violations for which a notice of noncompliance may be issued by the Department.
