	The Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The Department is holding a Listening Session, for the purpose of exploring options with the public for the implementations of a standardized form for third-party reporting in the state of Florida. The Listening Session may also include a general discussion of rules, notification requirements, general procedures and proposed rule development in that regard. This Listening Session will take input from affected persons as to what rule amendments are necessary to implement this statutory change.
