Overview

RULE:

69B-125.001	Unfair Discrimination Because of Sex or Marital Status (Repealed)
69B-125.002	Unfair Discrimination in Insurance Rates - Multi-policy Discounts (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rule Chapter 69B-125, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

Rule Chapter 69B-125 prohibits unfair discrimination in the issuance of insurance policies and insurance rates. The Department has determined that these rules are unnecessary or duplicative of Florida law. These rules are duplicative of rules adopted by the Office of Insurance Regulation that are enforced by the Office of Insurance Regulation not the Department. Additionally, Rule 69B-125.002 has been codified in section 627.0655, F.S., and is no longer necessary.
