Sexual Abuse Treatment Program Organization, Staff Qualifications, Roles and Responsibilities

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend the portion of the rule related to eligibility and training requirements for program personnel.

SUMMARY:

The rule provides for roles and responsibilities, eligibility and training requirement for program personnel. The amendment specifies pre-service training requirements and annual training requirements.
