68-1.003

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Grants Program

PURPOSE:

Review of the existing grant guidelines and application incorporated into subsection (12) of the rule related to Boating Infrastructure Grant Program grants revealed that there was unclear information as to the submission requirements for a grant application. This Rule amendment would clarify these requirements.

SUMMARY:

The rule would amend the Guidelines and Application incorporated into the rule to clearly establish the required number and format of copies of the submitted Application, as well as the deadline and location for submission.
