RULE:

6N-1.001	Definition of Terms
6N-1.002	Approval of In-State Institutions to Participate in NC-SARA

6N-1.004	Annual Renewal of Approval of In-State Institutions to Participate in Florida's Reciprocity Agreement

PURPOSE:

Update the rules for consistency, including modification of forms and to address subjects identified during the annual review of the operation and effect of the rules.

SUMMARY:

The proposed changes conform the current rules to mirror recent changes to the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) Manual. The amendments will modify the NC-SARA institutional applications used by Florida institutions seeking participation in FL-SARA.  The amendments will also add a definition and a condition for provisional approval to participate in FL-SARA.
