Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, March 24, 2020, Open House begins at 5:30 p.m., Formal Presentation begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by a public comment period.

PLACE:	The Florida Hotel and Conference Center, 1500 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32809. Open House will be held in the Legacy North 2 Ballroom and the Formal Presentation will be held in the Legacy North 1 Ballroom.

Subject:	This Public Hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the Orlando South Ultimate Interchange Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study at Florida’s Turnpike (SR 91) and Beachline Expressway (SR 528) in Orange County, Florida (Financial Project Identification Number 438547-1). The study will consider alternatives to reduce congestion and enhance mobility such as capacity improvements along Florida’s Turnpike (SR 91) and the Beachline Expressway (SR 528) as well as new interchanges, modified ramps, and managed lanes. Project information will include displays that describe the proposed improvements for the preferred alternative, including proposed access modifications. An opportunity for you to provide comments will be provided during the Open House and following the Formal Presentation. Information about the study area, the purpose and need, and other project information including social, economic, and environmental effects will also be on display.
