	The South Bay Community Development District announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	March 23, 2020, 11:00 a.m.

PLACE:	None

Subject:	Public Meeting and Hearing conducted telephonically to consider adoption of an emergency rule to close the District’s public beach and south parking lot. The purpose of the proposed emergency rule is to prohibit pedestrians from walking upon or accessing the public beach and south parking lot within the District to protect the public health, safety, and welfare.
