RULE:

68A-13.003	Hunting Regulations for Ducks, Geese, and Coots
68A-13.008	Hunting Regulations for Migratory Birds Other than Ducks and Coots

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rule development is to establish regulations for taking migratory game birds to conform with federal regulations.

SUBJECT:

Veterans / Active Military waterfowl hunt days, bag limit for scaup, and the length of the falconry duck and common moorhen seasons.
