Specialization Requirements for Certification in the Area of Deaf or Hard of Hearing (Grades K-12) - Academic Class

PURPOSE:

To align the rule language to reflect current acceptable terminology.

SUMMARY:

Update terminology to reflect the preferred terms and highlighting that language development knowledge is required in both English and American Sign Language.
