DATE AND TIME:	Monday, April 27, 2020, 3:00 p.m.-Audit/Budget/Finance Committee Meeting; 4:00 p.m.-ad hoc Vendor Review Committee Meeting; Tuesday, April 28, 2020, 8:30 a.m.-Annual/Board of Governors Meetings.

Subject:	Audit/Budget/Finance Committee Meeting: To review and discuss matters relating to FAJUA Financial/Audit reporting and any other matters that may come before the committee. ad hoc Vendor Review Committee Meeting: To discuss Vendor RLI/RFP's and any other matters that may come before the committee. Annual Meeting of the Members: To approve Annual Meeting minutes of May 14 2019, receive Association's Annual Report and any other matters that may come before the committee. Board of Governors Meeting: To receive reports of the General Manager, Committees and General Counsel; to consider and take actions based on those reports and consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
