	The Department of Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 13, 2020, 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., EST or until completed, whichever is first.

Subject:	Due to current meeting restrictions, the May 13, 2020 meeting, originally noticed in the Florida Administrative Register on 12/31/2019 (Volume 45/252, Notice 22767566) will take place via conference call only. DOH Public Swimming Pool Advisory Board will review, discuss and make recommendations to the department regarding applications submitted by owners/agents for variance from the state’s public swimming pool codes. Submission deadline: To be placed on the May 13, 2020 agenda, the applicant will to need to submit eight hard copies of a completed variance application and application fee to August Ursin by close of business May 1, 2020. Note: NO “WALK-IN VARIANCE” APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE MAY 13, 2020 MEETING
