Overview



	The South Bay Community Development District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 8, 2020, during the Board Chairman’s portion of the agenda during the public meeting of the Board of Supervisors beginning at 1:00 pm.

PLACE:	In accordance with Executive Order No. 20-69, the public meeting and public hearing shall be held telephonically. The public may access the meeting by dialing: Phone: 877-402-9753 Passcode: 1811087

Subject:	In accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, and the District’s Rules of Procedure, the public hearing will consider modification of an existing emergency rule to close the District’s public beach and adjacent parking lots. The purpose of the existing emergency rule is to prohibit pedestrians from walking upon or accessing the public beach and south parking lot within the District to protect the public health, safety, and welfare. The status of the rule will be discussed and the rule may be modified.
