64J-1.0201	EMS Instructor Qualifications

PURPOSE:

To update rule language, references to department forms, and incorporated materials; to update vehicle, equipment, and supply requirements for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers; to update  education and training requirements for epinephrine auto-injector certification and EMS provider air crew members; and to substantially reword rule 64J-1.0201 EMS Instructor Qualifications.

SUBJECT:

EMS provider license applications, forms, and recordkeeping; vehicle equipment, supply, and structural requirement lists; certification to use epinephrine auto-injectors, certification to offer training in the use of epinephrine auto-injectors; training for air ambulance crew members, qualifications to provide EMS instruction; and updates to incorporated materials.
