	The Division of Air Resource Management announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 8, 2020, 2:00 p.m.

PLACE:	: Department of Environmental Protection, Bob Martinez Center, 2600 Blair Stone Road, Room 195, Tallahassee, Florida.

Subject:	Pursuant to 40 CFR 51.102, the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) announces a public hearing and opportunity to offer comments on a proposed revision to Florida’s State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act. This proposed SIP revision consists of removing Chapters 62-243 and 62-244, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), Florida’s Motor Vehicle Rules from Florida’s SIP.
