	The Central Florida Expressway Authority announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	June 18, 2020, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Subject:	Project No.: 417-141 and 417-142 Project Description: State Road 417 Widening from International Drive to John Young Parkway (417-141) and from John Young Parkway to Landstar Boulevard (417-142) The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) invites you to a Virtual Pre-Construction Community Meeting for the State Road 417 (Central Florida GreeneWay) Corridor Widening projects from John Young Parkway to Landstar Boulevard. CFX values your input and encourages you to participate in the upcoming June 18th meeting for the SR 417 Corridor Widening projects that was originally scheduled for March 26, 2020. The virtual meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2020, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. To participate, you must pre-register by 5 p.m. Thursday, June 18 by visiting bit.ly/SR417VPMJune2020. This link is case sensitive. If you are unable to attend at that time, a video of the meeting will be posted for viewing at bit.ly/SR417widening on June 25, 2020. Again, the link is case sensitive. These projects will include widening SR 417 from four lanes to six lanes, and proposed sound walls parallel to SR 417 along sections of the project areas. The virtual meeting will allow the public to view project information, including maps and graphics, and leave questions and comments. During the design phase for these projects, CFX conducted a noise analysis and identified 14 locations where a sound wall would be a viable measure to reduce traffic noise. CFX is now trying to determine the level of support from nearby property owners and residents for the construction of these sound walls. The proposed sound wall concepts will be shown in the virtual meeting. Public comment will be accepted until June 29, 2020 for the public record. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability or family status.
